A seasoned artist for more than twenty years, Stewart Heath is a contemporary abstract painter who uses acrylics and mixed mediums. Her work has a richly diversified subject matter, creating unique acrylic pours that seem as though her paintings, such as “Hurricane Waters”, “Dancing Jellyfish”, and “Vibrations”, are glimpses into other dimensions; which are sometimes referred to as “other worldly”. When creating her mixed medium pieces, Stewart draws inspiration from animals, the ocean, wildlife, and children as well as life around her to tell her story. Stewart’s paintings and mixed medium pieces can be found in several private residences throughout the U.S.
Formerly from Atlanta, Stewart loves international travel, and she has spent numerous years living in Europe where she met her husband, who was training for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Stewart is now living with her loving and supportive husband and son in Spanish Fort, right around the corner from her gallery.
